Gentle Yoga & Sound Meditation
at the New Palestine Lions Club

Join us as we celebrate the returning of the light and give yourself permission to pause and rest during the busiest season of the year. This special gentle yoga and guided sound meditation event with Sound Soul Studio is a chance to slow down, gently stretch your body, and rejuvenate your spirit for the holidays and new year ahead.
During this class, Jami of Sound Soul Studio will guide you through a gentle restorative yoga flow to prepare you for a guided meditation and extended savasana accompanied by a crystal singing bowl sound meditation with Tini of Resonant Recharge.
For this class, please bring a yoga mat. To maximize your comfort during the sound bath portion, you may consider bringing additional items such as: blanket, pillow, yoga bolster, and scarf or eye pillow to amplify your experience.
Cost is $5 at the door.
