Burn & Flow blends a vinyasa flow with weight training to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. By adding weights to dynamic flows, we challenge muscles and deepen our practice for a full-body workout.

Burn

Burn is an interval-based class that blends cardio and strength training with yoga poses for a balanced, full-body workout. This high-energy format challenges endurance, builds muscle, and enhances flexibility.

Accessible movement

Accessible Movement includes a variety of yoga and strength training classes with a chair to provide a supportive way for people of all abilities to build flexibility, strength, and balance.

Meditation

Break away from the craziness of the world and clear your mind with a variety of 5-10 minute easy meditation and yoga nidra sessions.
